"Great experience!"
July, 2016
The one hour guided tour of the South Bay was both educational and relaxing. The sights to see were well worth pictures and the crew was friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely sail again!

""A Widow experience""
July, 2015
I am a widow lost my husband of 34 years married. I said it's time to travel so I have one son in San Diego, I booked the most amazing cruise with FlagShip. My son and his wife and our grandchildren had an amazing time, learned about the sights and loved the view of that bridge going towards Coronado. My only regret is that the camera didn't work and our pictures prior to getting on the boat didn't develop. But I will be back, to retake the picture and have another beautiful time.

"A wonderful day on the bay"
January, 2015
This sail was on my 25th anniversary. The captain was very informative and great at his job. Only 4 others on the tour made it very special. There were all kinds of free drinks and snacks for us. They provided coats and blankets and everything you could need for a perfect day on the water.

I got a Groupon for the 2 hour trip. Both sides have different viwes. One side gives you a clear view on the various warship in Navy base. The other side shows you amazing island view and beautiful sea birds & seals. The narrator was amazing and had a great sense of humor. He was super nice to point out great photo spots and gladly took pictures for the guests. All in all, it was a great experience and the highlight of my SD trip. One small tip: The wind is very big, so be mindful of the clothes you choose to wear.

"Great Harbor tour"

In all my years of going to San Diego, I have never done the Harbor tour. Found a great deal on Groupon with Flagship Cruises and booked a tour. Loved seeing all the sites plus all the NAVY ships docked along the way and finding out about the ships as we passed by them. Beautiful tour of the San Diego Harbor and great insight on what's in the area.

"You WILL get WET!"

SO MUCH FUN! You've got to do this! It's a hoot! This is about 45 minutes of sheer fun. It's a thrill ride, like a roller coaster, but in a jet boat. They give you a rain poncho, wear it, and more importantly, sit on it so it doesn't fly up. Do not sit in the far back unless you really want to get drenched. Do this with your friends, your family, your significant other, just do it! It's so much fun. This is a 70 foot dual engine jet that holds up to 139 people and reaches speed of 50 mph all while blasting rock music. Don't want to spoil the fun, but they do some pretty nifty maneuvers as well out on the San Diego Bay. I was afraid, but once I did it, I wanted to to it again! My husband and I took our two daughters ages 17 and 20, and they loved it.

"Patriot speedboat....fast & furious!"

What a fab trip! If you're looking for a leisurely cruise around San Diego bay...don't do this! If you want a thrill ride this is your man ( or boat!). Absolutely brilliant. Well worth the cost. This boat is fast. It does sharp twists & turns out in the bay which are totally exhilarating. Be prepared to get wet! The crew provide plastic capes but to be honest that ruins the fun! Do it! It's fab!

"A FABULOUS way to introduce yourself to San Diego"

Made the GREAT decision to book a 2 hour harbor cruise with Flagship Cruises. We took the MTS Trolley from our hotel to the Santa Fe Depot station and had a very easy 2 block walk to their dock area...right next to the USS Midway. The ship was clean (including the restrooms - very important) & comfortable and had plenty of seating available. They have food & drinks available on board, including adult beverage specials which were being enjoyed! Lol. Our host and tour guide was Dana...he was FABULOUS! If you've ever traveled somewhere and wished you had a friend or family member to take you on the best inside information tour ever, Dana & Flagship should be your go to in San Diego Harbor! We only had one free day in San Diego while visiting on business - but feel we made the best decision to see and learn so much about the area through the knowledge and humor that Dana provided. The number of Naval ships we cruised by along with Dana's vast knowledge and descriptions of their histories and purposes also made us very proud of our US Military & our country. I booked the tour on their website and took advantage of the 55 & over rate (ugh, when did that happen?) plus, they had a promo code for a discount for booking online. The full price was very reasonable I felt. But after 2 discounts and a FAB time, I feel like we SCORED!!!
