"Time Warp with an Identity Crisis"
TripAdvisor user rating 2 out of 5

This place is in need of some serious updating and repair. The fact that they call it a "resort" and charge resort fees is a travesty. Rooms are very dated and in need of repair. Each floor of the tower hotel has a weird theme. We were on the 8th floor with a "peace" theme. They have old dated wallpaper and then they painted the wall sconces bright purple and stuck wall-stickies of psychedelic shapes all over the hall walls. They attempted to carry that theme into each dated room with throw pillows and cardboard wall art. Just bizarre. We had three rooms reserved and had a debacle at check in with each room being on a different floor with "no way" to move the rooms to get us all together. You need a map to navigate your way around this campus and many of the places posted on the map are shut down (a cafe, tiki bar). You have to hike your things from the front desk to a building in the back of the campus and no one offers to help you. Employees run around on golf carts and never offer any assistance. This place is an absolute bust.

"Very nice overnight stay"

Came in for a quick stay. Room was in the new tower building. What wonderful beds and pillows! Had a great night sleep, great coffee at the terrace cafe and rented a car at the Avis office which I do NOT recommend. The rudest customer service from Jose ever!! The hotel itself has beautiful grounds, wonderful staff, convenient location and rooms in the new building are updated and comfortable. Great value for the money!

Had a recent stay at the hotel. Everyone was nice and extremely helpful - especially Tevin at the front desk. We requested a room change and he hooked it up instantaneously. Thanks again Tevin! (we live on ten X)

"Parking Personnel"

The parking enforcement personnel were very nice! Cecilia Allen was by far the most helpful person at this hotel. Thank you Cecilia. The man who checked us in was also very helpful but I can't remember his name :( We booked through a discount app but were charged additional fees once at the hotel which defeated the purpose of going through the app sooooo be careful where you book through. OHHH their pillows are AMAZING. I slept like a baby
