Cleans rooms, Nice view, Delicious buffet breakfast. The only thing, I did not like was the food in the restaurant at dinner. I don't recomend the food and service of the hotel restaurant.

We have hosted a small reception for approximately 150-200 people for the past few years at this property. Food at our reception is always wonderful. Our banquet captain this year was Dwayne and he was outstanding. It is a GREAT location, right on the bay. Great views, walking distance to the Gas Lamp district.

This a great place to unwind with the family or for a long business trip. The rooms are well appointed, clean and comfortable. The staff is fast and courteous with the room service being on point every time we ordered.

We stayed at this Hilton for 7 nights while attending two meetings. Our guest room with two queens was typical Hilton layout. Beds were very comfortable, temperature of room was adjustable, bathroom was a little small, and view from room was facing bay and seaport. Hotel is located close (15 minute walk) to the Gaslamp District, which has many restaurants and shopping opportunities. We particularly liked the Barleymash Restaurant. It’s also about a 15 minute walk to Seaport Shopping Area and Midway aircraft carrier. Check out the tribute to Bob Hope at that location - special. Back to the Hotel, the pool and bar are very nice with good service. Hotel staff is very attentive. The only negative with staff we can report is our interaction with a manager while trying to print boarding passes. None of the computers were working and after reporting such to front desk staff, manager came over and checked computers and said sorry, have to call IT. When asked when it might be fixed, he gave a little attitude and said whenever. Check back in a while. One annoying thing about the design of this Hilton is you can only exit elevators in one direction. So to go to and from meeting rooms, you have to walk around a large wall. This was annoying and a waste of time. The hotel meeting rooms were comfortable, nicely appointed and AV worked flawlessly. The food was good but not great. Wait staff and registration staff were excellent. Overall, this was a very good Hilton for a meeting. At $330.00 per night, it is not cheap.

Nice location IF you are attending Convention. Room service good but slow. Breakfast ok. Rooms clean enough. I love Hilton Hotels and will always choose first but the Hyatt is nicer in SD. views beautiful from Bayside rooms however.

I booked this hotel blindly for me and a couple of buddies coming off a cruise. It's obviously a conference hotel but aside from having massive sitting areas and lobby space, it's pretty convenient. Check in was a little lengthy but after that I found the hotel to be quiet, close to the Gas Lamp district and water front and all that both of those two areas have to offer. Rooms were solid, clean, etc. I think you'd want to ask for a bay view room, there's a lot of cool USN ships as well as other things to look at.
