Cleans rooms, Nice view, Delicious buffet breakfast. The only thing, I did not like was the food in the restaurant at dinner. I don't recomend the food and service of the hotel restaurant.

"Looking for free money"

This hotel is really bad business. I requested the property to cancel my reservation because of my health issues . I sent the request through booking.com and messaged property directly almost 1 week ahead of my check in date . They replied they can not cancel without charging full amount . This is really cheap business they do here and bad customer service. Even though I intimated them 1 week ahead what is the need of charging my card without using any of their services .Basically they are looking at free money . I will never go with Hilton and booking.com again .

"Just okay."

We were there for a conference and the valet set the tone for our stay - he finished his conversation with his friend even though he clearly saw us drive up. I don't mind waiting for a person to do their job but he was clearly shooting the breeze. The entire stay was like that. No one was particularly interested in us but were responsive if we needed something.

"Great location, but ok value"

I stayed here for 2 nights for a business trip. Rooms looked surprisingly worn & out of date decor, for how old the hotel is. I wasn’t impressed with the look of the room/hotel interior. Shower was PERFECT though- great water pressure & showerhead- one of the best showers I’ve had yet in a Hilton! Room temperature was messed up- cold during the day & hot at night no matter what my thermostat said. Terrible nights sleep due to it being too hot in the room at night. I stayed on 9th floor. Great location by Bayfront walkway. About a half a mile walk to Seaport Village. Starbucks entrance was strangely located outside the hotel, so a little bit of a walk to get to it. Expensive for the lack of amenities you get, but you’re paying more for location at this place.

"A+ hotel (except for the valet)"

The hotel is amazing. Great location, great views, great rooms. Only glitch was before check in. The valet person (Yves) would not let me park out front to go check in. He claimed they were too busy and needed the room...there were about 5 cars there in an area that could easily acclimate 30+. They weren’t busy. Even though I wasn’t staying after checking in, I was forced to park in the adjacent structure and walk back, check in, then deal with an hourly charge to get out of the structure 10 mins later. The nice lady in the booth was more understanding than the valet guy, though, and waived the $11 charge. (Thank you nice lady!) Back at the hotel now and AVOIDING the valet. I’d rather self park than deal with Yves’s rudeness again.

"Nice Place, Some Staff is Not Friendly, Wifi No Good"

We asked a staff member for help on how to get to a certain place down the stairs, because the escalator was broken and blocked off, so we couldn't walk down the escalator stairs. We told him that and he got really snappy with an attitude and told us we had legs and we could walk. We aren't idiots. We would have walked down the escalator stairs if we could. He told us that 4 times and we were so appalled by his behavior that we ended up just walking off. That's absolutely ridiculous. The complimentary Wifi was no good and why should I have to pay for the higher end wifi? The room was nice and the hotel was beautiful. Everything was very expensive - but it's California.
