Cleans rooms, Nice view, Delicious buffet breakfast. The only thing, I did not like was the food in the restaurant at dinner. I don't recomend the food and service of the hotel restaurant.

"Great hotel"

Our stay at the Hilton Bayfront was fantastic! Text concierge is the best idea I have seen in ny hotels. I have used few times while staying at Hilton. This is a great method to communicate with your customer in our digital era. I hope other Hilton adopts this method. Breakfast was awesome. Great view, food and staff. Only odd experience was seeing a homeless person digging around trash in the parking garage. I think you could have better security measure (camera, key card gates from bridge) in the garage. I don’t think hotel garage looked really safe, especially at night.

We loved the room, it was beautiful and the staff was amazing and so very helpful in letting us check in early. We had an amazing view that we enjoyed both day and night! The conference center is so lovely as well!

"Meh."

Nice, but not as nice as the other hotels along the bay. Service was great; they've clearly worked on that. Lap swimming impossible except for 6-8 AM because of the kids. Rooms pricey, especially as they're so drab and in need of a moderization. Plus, the food is invariably awful.

"Harbor Life"
TripAdvisor user rating 4 out of 5

Overall I had a solid experience at this hotel. The parking was plentiful at the hotel and didn’t fear leaving to come back to a full garage. The room was accommodative for me, my wife and infant son. We had a crib near the windows and had a mini fridge for his food. One thing we noticed is the cooling system would reset in the middle of the night and made the room slightly stuffy. The location is prime. We walked up and down the harbor, enjoying the yachts and sea boats. We were also able to easily walk to “The Gaslamp District” that had 30+ restaurants to choose from. If you’re walking to this district I recommend you don’t take the skywalk from the parking garage. Many homeless congregate on the skywalk and near the elevators.
