"Must Go Place"
November, 2018 NEW
I went to Seaworld in November 2018. I had been especially looking forward to visiting Seaworld and I was not disappointed! We managed to see 90% of the displays and attractions at Seaworld in 1 day, it was very well laid out and the maps were clear and easy to follow so you could find your way to the right area. There was a great combination of things to do from feeding the sealions and watching the penguins waddle around (in their enclosure with real snow!!) to riding the rollercoasters and of course seeing the dolphin displays and Orka, it was also great to the see the huge manatees. I would recommend Seaworld to any san diego Visitor.

"Kids loved it!"

We went on a trick or treat weekend and the kids totally enjoyed! There’s so much to see and because of the Halloween activities, we weren’t able to check all the attractions. We’re definitely coming back!

We had a great day at Sea World. We thoroughly enjoyed all of it. Sad to see some attractions closed. The shows were great, the habitats were so nice for the animals. The food prices were very reasonable. Loved it.

"Ok park, fantastic shows"
October, 2018
We had just been at Legoland for 3 days and wanted to also explore SeaWorld. The park itself was okay... unlike the happiness we experienced at Legoland, the ride attendants weren't exactly friendly faces but the kiddos had a great time none the less. The Orca show was beautiful..in a word Majestic... Truly gave the respect to these amazing Creatures. the dolphin show was also a blast - fun! And my kiddos love the seal show!

Sea World does a beautiful job decorating for the holidays. The Night of Wonder Show is high quality with wonderful singers and sets. The venue is easily accessible for wheelchairs. The parking fees are excessive ! ADA parking should be free (Sea World has owned this property for over 50 years !). $22.00 is way too much.

"Great time!"

Visited yesterday with my adult daughter and 2 year old grandson and really enjoyed ourselves. My grandson loved being able to see the animals close up and especially enjoyed the walruses and beluga whales. We went to the dolphin show - excellent! Also visited the play area and he loved running around on the blue cushioned surface and bouncing with the soft blocks - all just for the littlest kids. We also did some of the rides that are similar to Disneyland without any of the crowds. Very fun! If you think you’ll be going at least three times in a calendar year, an annual pass is the way to go. And parking is free.

"Nice, but too many rides instead of a marine park"
TripAdvisor user rating 4 out of 5

I had visited Sea World in 1987 with my wife-to-be. We visited again in 2018 with our children who are now in college. Sea World is always impressive. However, our feeling is that it changed from a unique marine animal park with a few rides, to an ordinary theme park with a lot of sea influenced rides. That said, it is still a very nice place to visit !
