Don't buy tickets when this business is closed or when you need to use right away because tickets will be delayed other than that all was good.

We had a great time. We even got lost a few times the employees sure are helpful. Didn't really care for the whale show though not like it used to be. Our focus was the dolphin show and it was amazing.

I loved it there today! My son who is 11 loved everything from rides to shows to just looking at the animals Wish the encounters weren’t so expensive as if they cost less we would be doing some. Very busy area even on week days, kind of scared to go on a weekend. Love it! So glad I got a chance to see this place! We have nothing like it in Alberta Canada! It’s half rides and half animals! Love it

My grandchildren said it was the best day ever. Disneyland and the zoo were too big and overwhelming. A great mix of shows, rides, and exhibits plus play areas for kids. Fun for adults too.

"First time visitor, needs updating"

This my first ever visit to a SeaWorld and have to say the place is very clean and organized. However the education portions are overshadowed by the theme park model they have gone with and seem to refuse to update. God only knows what the Dolphins think when screaming humans go whizzing by on the manta ride every few minutes. Saw the Dolphins both at the main show and in the smaller interaction area. The Orcas are cute and scary at the same time these huge beasts glide through the water and up close they truly are massive; which when you see the small area they have to swim in it's sad to see them so confined. It would be great for SeaWorld to use some of that bay area the cable cars travel over and make a larger pen for them to swim in. The use of VR could get the visitors out there swimming along side. The Orca show had them jump and splash the crowd at no point did the "trainers" get into the water with them. Having tried to see these magnificent creatures in the wild on whale watching cruises and failing to see any; Sea World did provide an opportunity to see them but would prefer to see them acting as they naturally would; and not the trained responses. I don't take for granted that SeaWorld do good things for animals; however to counter the nagative publicity they should be highlighting the education, rescue and care aspect of their work more and move away from an entertainment model.

Traveling to SD for a weekend getaway with the family. Decided to take our kids to SeaWorld so they can get a real up close encounter. Not sure what has happened here since I was last here few years ago, however this place is starting to look run down. Nevertheless, my input: Pro 1. Still great shows 2. Lots of activities for kids to experience and see Con 1. Place is looking dirty and old 2. Rides were undergoing maintenace I was really not to impress what has happened to this theme park. We probably attended on the wrong day and hopefully in the near future it may look better.
