Thrill seekers love Xcelerator and the Silver Bullet; the gravitational pull is enough to make you feel like you’re orbiting another planet. Be sure to eat fried chicken from Mrs. Knott’s Restaurant—it’s the best!

We were unable to travel to the park due unforeseen family emergency and they will not cancel or refund my tickets. We live in the San Francisco Bay Area and this was the only trip we had planned for the year. I don't understand why they do not allow a refund for in used tickets. So much for taking care of your customers.

You can get good savings purchasing discount tickets at local Safeway or Ralph's supermarkets. The ghost town is like stepping back into the old west. The Spirit Lodge is a must see to help us understand a little bit of Native American history.

We arrived at the park today with maximum enthusiasm after many friends had said this is a must do on our family holiday. We accepted the $18 carparking fee, then once we got through the gates, you get hit with everyone employed by the park trying to hit your wallet. The last straw though was in the Boulevarde BBQ where the staff told me a side was included with my Pulled Pork Burger so I ordered one, only to be slugged extra at the cashier when I had not asked for it in the first place ... We spend 7 days at Disneyland and never felt the way that Knotts made me feel in 3 hours. Also, if you are slightly larger than an average person, prepare to sit on the sidelines for the day as not many rides are catered for. We left after 1 ride and 3 hours in the park feeling sad, dejected and totally ripped off, don't waste your hard earned here, guest services could not care less if you are there or not, definitely does not live up to the hype ... spend a bit extra and visit Disneyland.

Love this place.. Could have more shade in ride lines.. But hey.. We had fun.. Burnt but fun.. Get there at 10 when opens so you can ride before the crowd sets in at 1-2 after that its as bad as Disney land

i went with the wife and left the kids back at the villa. Quite busy atvthe entrance so expected to line up for many of the rides but surprisingly we managed three rides on Silver Bullet, supreme Scream and Xellarator in an hour. We then waited 90 mins for the Ghost rider, a fantastic wooden roller coaster but there are no times on the entrances like most parks so we had no idea we'd be standing around for an hour and a half but it was a good ride. The food is priced accordingly and to be honest the park was not as busy as Universal or Disney which made a welcome change.
