Thrill seekers love Boomerang and the Silver Bullet; the gravitational pull is enough to make you feel like you’re orbiting another planet. Be sure to eat fried chicken from Mrs. Knott’s Restaurant—it’s the best!

I love Knotts Ive been going for quite some time. Deffinetely bring water and sunscreen and break up the line wait times by starting with a long line then a few short ones and back to a long line.
Tip: Be nice to other people and dont walk around on your phone.

"Awesome Theme Park!!!"
August, 2016
Our family had an awesome time at Knott's! It is amazingly clean, especially by theme park standards! They pack a lot of rides into a small area; it is a good mix of rides too, easy ones with intense. And the lines moved quickly the day we were there. My little kids LOVED the Camp Snoopy area. If I had one complaint, it is fairly minor; but I do wish there were just a few more rides for short kids to ride alone. I have a 3 yr old who is barely 36" tall, and her options were somewhat limited. Overall, lots of thumbs up!!!
Tip: Food is pricey. Lots of fun rides!

"A fun day with the family"

We had a good time the park. A family of 5, admission to the park, $265, plus $18 to park. Not outrageous, but still a bit pricey. Rides are available to suit all ages. A few shows, but nothing memorable. You're bound to have a fun day.

"Extremely crowded with long lines, inaccurate wait time app, several ride closures and inefficient crowd control"
TripAdvisor user rating 1 out of 5
Reviewed March 27, 2017 NEW
This was our first and definitely last visit to Knotts. We were in town for a week and thought we would try coming here as we've heard so much about it and have read countless reviews saying it doesn't get very crowded and minimal wait times. Not sure if we just went on an off day but the entire experience was terrible. After paying what we thought was a fairly reasonable price for tickets, we then paid another 20 for parking. We arrived right when the park opened and it was unbelievably crowded. The place is very dated, which in some respects adds to its charm but in others makes it very difficult to handle large amounts of people. All rides , including the kid ones, were about an hour to over 2 hour waits. We downloaded their app in advance which said the wait time for their log ride was 15 minutes but the wait was actually 90 minutes. It said ghostrider was a 40 minute wait but we waited over 90 minutes for that ride as well. Throughout the day, We found this app to be wrong for every single wait time so it was completely useless. Once in the line ups we had no idea how long we would have to wait which made it very difficult-especially with young kids. There were many rides closed or not working (which was not listed on their website ) so that made the lines even longer on everything else. When it's that crowded most rides should be up and running. They also do not load /unload the rides in an efficient way so even though it was insanely crowded they were still leaving seats open, letting people ride alone or letting people load themselves on rather than telling you where to sit. This park attracts a lot of locals and teens and we saw many of them cutting the lines on rides. No staff was around to ever deal with it or monitor what was going on. Again, not sure if we were there on an off day but there was a pretty rough and intimidating crowd there in general, not at all what we were expecting and definitely not very family friendly. A swarm of police and security had to escort a huge group of young men out just as we were leaving and more police were waiting outside which was rather unsettling. They also allow alcohol that they sell there to be consumed openly throughout the park rather than in designated areas which doesn't help. We also had a lot of trouble finding something to eat here. The lines at every restaurant were really long but even at the Mexican place, I only had 2 people in front of me and it took close to 40 minutes from ordering to getting my food which was 2 tacos and takes about 30 seconds to prepare. My kids and husband ate at the diner which took 2 hours from ordering time to recieving a hot dog chicken strips and some French fries. Very inefficiently run at both places, and they were very flustered. they were out of forks, dipping sauces, etc. In 6 hours we went on 2 rides and simply just had enough so we left. Upon leaving we stopped at guest services and explained our experience and asked if we could get even a partial refund on our tickets since we were not able to ride or do anything during our visit but the guy I spoke to did not care at all and just said in the most unapologetic way , "sorry" and that's it. Even though their website has a specific email address for customer complaint support , I emailed them and they did not even respond to me. That just about sums up how they feel about their customers. We have visited many there parks throughout North America and Knotts was by far the most inefficiently run one we have ever been to. Most places no matter how crowded , seem to know how to handle it and at the very least, try to make the guests experience positive. Perhaps the other big theme park in the area really spoiled us but coming from that to this was like night and day. We came from a very a long way to come here and were really looking forward to it but after this lousy experience will never ever visit Knotts again. There are so many other great theme parks in the area so I would not waste my time here.

"Snoopy on Ice show always great"
TripAdvisor user rating 4 out of 5
Reviewed March 27, 2017 NEW
The shows are good to see especially the Snoopy on Ice show during Christmas. As to the rides, they seem to geared to the teenager as most are too fast for the older folks. However, for the very young, Camp Snoopy is great. There are still enough attractions for the older folks. Stagecoach ride is nice as is the log ride. There is the train, gold mine ride, and bumper cars. During Christmas, this theme park has people greeting you with 'Merry Christmas' and park decorated nicely.

Love this park great family fun. Good value for your money when you buy in advance . The rides have something for everyone, thrill, spinners, calm and classics . The shows are funny & entertaining . The food is excellent , the flavors of the boysenberry are amazing from the sundaes to the soft serve to the beer delicious. Lines are never too long and always have a pleasant que, except at night when some corners can be dark and spooky so knotts add some lights to those areas . The games on the boardwalk are fun and challenging. The prize wheel is cool you can win upgrades for fast lane to popular rides. Everything is of great value at knotts and they are family focused and want you to return. The souvenir cup is great value , buy it and get free refills all day then days after 99 cents. Overall this park is great for a day of family fun in the California sun.
